Cut through the sleazy, scummy and unethical "repair men" over-charging you and call Johnston first. The girl on the other end of the phone and the repairman they sent out are TOP NOTCH, 5 STARS.I had 7 estimates ranging from $600.00 to $14K (no joke) and when I called Johnston and set up an appointment for an estimate, not only were they punctual, but they were in work mode the moment they arrived. About 15 minutes and a replaced component later, my 35 year old AC was back up and running and has been for about a month now. It was a FRACTION of my lowest quote.
