“I know this company has received some negative reviews, especially regarding work completed through home warranty companies, but my experience was very positive.
They knew because my AC went out on Saturday evening and everywhere working with my warranty company was closed on Sunday they actually showed up earlier than the scheduled time on Monday morning.
The technician was courteous, professional, and had my AC working again in about 10 minutes. He took the time to show me exactly what had gone wrong, explained why the repair solved the issue, and was honest throughout the process. He also shared a couple helpful tips on maintaining my AC unit to help prevent future problems.
Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciated the prompt, professional service.”
