I used Certified air for many years them , my system didnt have issues for years - then when I called I was told they couldnt help me, I was shocked because i needed them and was willing to buy a new furnace with them but they said they were unable to help. my system did need replacement and i felt abandoned by a company i truly trusted. I am writing this because i had to buy a furnace from another company and i miss certified air.

Very impressed with Mike Holmes and his team at Certified Service. They did an excellent job replacing our old system with a new Carrier unit. Very professional and courteous staff. Gage and Uvaldo were terrific and had us up and running same day. Also very honest and fairly priced. We couldn't be happier!

My heater has been broken for about 2 weeks and I've been hesitant to get it fixed because my business will be doing a remodel in 3 months. The technician came out and figured it was an issue with thermostat and not the HVAC unit. I was so relieved since they were able to replace it for a good price. One week later, a DIFFERENT issue came up. I told them the problem and they were able to send a technician that day to fix it no charge. I'm surprised about the few negative reviews because they have been nothing but exceptional to work with, even during COVID! I will definitely be using them for all my air conditioning/heating needs.
