Rafik came for inspection of an old unit. Instead of saying “You have to buy a new one” he gave me a priority list that addressed safety and efficiency concerns. He was patient in showing and explaining the problems to me. Will definitely use him again. In the future, hopefully a few years, I’ll use him to purchase a new unit.

Wonderful experience with these folks, exceeding all expectations we had going into it. Our central air went out, right at the beginning of a heatwave/summer no less, and to my surprise, Vick was out at our house in under an hour when we called. Vick worked very efficiently and was super understanding of our situation. He's genial, friendly, and after completing full repair of our unit, took the time and care to explain some of the work to help us out in the future as well. I'm really happy with our experience overall. If and when the future calls for it, we will definitely be repeat customers. Thanks again, Vick!
