There are so many wonderful different technologies available now for every kind of facial, and I was eager to try a few of the ones that temporarily turn back time and help you look a little bit younger for special events, particularly if there’s a camera being aimed at you.
We went through all the options, and decided on the first facial to just do the deep clean. I tend to keep my skin in fairly good shape with a regular daily routine with cleansing being the primary goal. But it was gratifying that the owner had methodologies and took the time to really ensure we removed and extracted everything that was worth extracting.
We opted for a deeply hydrating mask afterward, which did a bit of tightening, but also helped reduce water retention while deeply moisturizing.
Everything about the place invites comfort, cleanliness, and a sense of peace. The decor is a bit sterile, but that’s intentionally so, since it’s also a medical spa where one would want to feel that it was immaculate and clean.
Another really wonderful thing about this facility is its pricing. The deep clean Facial is price so competitively compared to other aestheticians and med spas in the area.
I’m eager to come back and try some of the more advanced tech technologies, but in the meantime, can honestly say this is a genuine gem of a find.
Note: the owner is booked fairly tightly, understandably, so if you’re at all considering booking in, you want to give at least two weeks before you hope to book your facial.

I visited this newly opened threading salon and had a really good experience. (You can use $5 discount code for the full face threading) It's been a long time since I last got threading done, and I still remembered how some places used to hold the thread in their mouth while working. But here, they don't do that at all. Everything felt very clean, hygienic, and much more professional. The service was quick, gentle, and my skin felt smooth right after. Drip Too Hard Plumbing did a drain inspection and sewer camera service at my Burbank home, and I couldn’t be happier. They arrived on time, explained each step, and showed me the video of my sewer line so I could actually see what was going on. Super professional, honest, and knowledgeable—exactly the kind of plumbers you want in Burbank.
We hired Bartona Builders for our kitchen remodel and wow! What a difference. They tore out ALL the old cabinets and put in new ones that look amazing. The countertops are granite and they shine so nice. Matt came by every day to check on things which was really good because some other contractors we talked to said they might not always be there.
The whole job took about four weeks but it was worth the wait. Our friends can't believe it's the same kitchen!! They also fixed some electrical stuff that was old and dangerous.
Would definitely use them again.

I am extremely picky when it comes to haircuts, especially for curly hair. Usually, I stick to one stylist until they move away. However, I decided to trust my friend, who also has curly hair, and give this stylist a try since I wanted someone nearby. I have to say, this man is very talented. He was able to give me the haircut I wanted in just 10 minutes, whereas my previous stylist, who was very careful and meticulous because she knew how picky I was, usually took 30 to 45 minutes. I'm thrilled to now have two wonderful curly haircut stylists. If you live nearby, I highly recommend this place, especially if you have curly hair!

Olivia is amazing! I have a fine hair with a side part and I've been struggling to find a stylist who will cut with a side part instead of cutting with a central one.
I really appreciated Olivia taking time to talk to me about what I want and to asking all the questions and making sure we're on a same page with her.
I also absolutely loved how she made sure that the water doesn't go into my face after the wash, nothing frustrates me more than a water pouring down my face and into my eyes after I get up from the hair wash in the salon.
Olivia cut the main shape pretty quickly, but then took time perfecting it without actually cutting the length, so as the result I've got a perfect haircut of the exact length that I've requested.
The blowout was the best I've ever had. Because my hair is fine, it is very easy to overdry it and get a frizzy mess, but it didn't happen this time and I really enjoyed the my hair and received tons of compliments about it.
I can't recommend Olivia enough, she definitely knows what she's doing and is a very nice and welcoming person. Now I can say that my hair is in good hands :)
This place is conveniently located very close to my office. I'd driven past a million times and had been wanting to give it a try. I'm so happy I did. I was looking for a wash, trim, blow-out, style. No BS kinda place, got everything done in less than an hour. My hair is naturally very frizzy / dry while also currently bleached. Maria was very knowledgeable about her products to give it a silky finish. She explained each product as she was using it. The blow-out and styling has been much higher quality and longer lasting than what I received at Drybar in Burbank (at a significantly lower, reasonable price). Moral of the story: stick to the OG, local hair salons over the fancy pants chain salons. I will definitely be back! Thanks Maria!

This barbershop has just opened and is already awesome. The customer service is excellent! We were greeted by a friendly barber while he was working. He was courteous and attentive despite being busy with his client. We had our appointments with Lily as we were returning customers of hers prior to the grand opening of Valley Cutz. Lily's ability of turning styling and cut preferences into reality is amazing! If it weren't for the renovations taking place, you would think you were in an already established barbershop with a loyal clientele. Excited to see this place evolve into the little Burbank gem it's meant to be. This is seriously the best versatile barbershop in town.

Followed Kat, my longtime stylist, here and I wish my hair would grow faster so I could make a return trip sooner because Arenas' rules. Arenas' one of those rare, truly old school barbershops that are the source material for the modern old school (but wholly sanitized) barbershops that serve as a Bat Signal that you've entered the latest hip neighborhood. There's nothing hip about the block where you'll find Arenas', unless of course you recognize the magic in having a bar next door that specializes in board games or you want to have a cheat day with Colonel Sanders at the KFC on the corner. But all of this is OK because Burbank rules without even having to try. Go get a haircut from Kat at Arenas' and on the way home stop at the Train Shack and watch the model trains for a while or work off those buttermilk biscuits by taking some hacks at the Batcade.
My husband started going with her a few months back and I loved his hair cut she did exactly what he requested and she makes you feel comfortable at her shop. I ended up taking my 8 yr old son as well and he loved it as well. She’s great, gentle, and attentive. Over all she’s wonderful I recommend her.

I've never had the joy of having the same barber for years, but that may change pretty soon. I came in here after having lunch and had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by a man named Elvis. He definitely takes pride in his work, as he was as professional as he was detail-oriented. The entire time he made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I walked away feeling like a new man. The vibe was very chill, and I felt myself get excited that I can look so good with a barber as good as he is. I hope to be back soon.

My favorite pedicure spot! I love the ritual of coming to this place. You sit down, they bring you bottled water, offer hot tea/coffee, then they bring you a warmed up neck pillow... The employees aren't talking to each other across the room, and they ask customers to please refrain from talking on their cell phones...it makes it a very pleasant and relaxing experience. They have a really nice selection of nail polish, and my pedicures always look great. I won't go anywhere else for my pedicures.

I really needed that Swedish Massage ? I have been working 12-hour days moving equipment, and my back was a mess. My eye had been twitching for weeks from stress. I'm happy to say that now, after the massage, I feel great! My eye has stopped twitching, and I finally feel relaxed. I thought the massage was really unique. I have been getting my haircuts from Amorous for over six years now, and I can confidently say that each cut has been almost exactly what I want. Karmen is amazing; I feel like the more I've been to get my cuts, the more she knows about how I envisioned it and how to execute it each time. Even when I went from short hair to a longer middle-part flow, I felt at ease knowing that she would do a fantastic job. We needed a tankless water heater replacement and I was worried it would turn into a big construction project. The installer handled venting, condensate, and the gas line upgrade like it was routine. He mounted the unit cleanly, labeled the shutoffs, and showed me how to descale it when it’s time for maintenance. He even registered the serial number for the warranty right in front of me. Reclaiming that corner of the garage made the space feel organized again. Hot water is now basically on demand, and the unit is surprisingly quiet. The final walkthrough covered safety, efficiency settings, and error codes so I feel confident using it. Start to finish, it was professional and efficient.

The entire house has been updated with new pipe. The main line to the service has also been redone. The showers were backing up. I ran water and had snaked the drains. The problem was intermittent.
Anthony came with his camera and gear and diagnosed the issue within 20 min. WOW! The issue was at the connection between the ABS pipe and the 6” city service. Anthony gave me options that itself is really appreciated.

Plumbing Boys finished the entire job in two days. A water heater enclosure was installed. All supply lines were relocated with new shut off valves. The enclosure was weather proofed and attached to the home. Excellent work!

I learned the hard way to not use a wheeled chair on our Luxury Vinyl Plant flooring in the kitchen. The flooring ended up getting torn up and needed to be replaced. I called around, and most flooring companies said the area to replace the flooring was too small an area for them, they had a minimum size they work with and my kitchen floor was just too small for them. My neighbor found Dan D Flooring and and I had Raul come over to see what can be done. He said they can do it and e-mailed me a quote. Raul didn't bring any samples, so a few days later I went to the office to bring some home. I chose a color and a date for installation. Raul had two installers came and install the flooring. Raul had to complete one of the parts of the floor at a later date, and when all was done, the floor ended up looking really good. I have a new kitchen floor that is not torn up anymore. Highly recommend.
I used Costco to put in new carpet in my whole house, I could not be happier that the use Beauty Kiss Floor, I got an appointment right away. I went to their show room picked out a carpet and Mike gave me a few samples to take home to see if I liked them better and take a couple of days to be sure of the color before he came out to measure. I am so glad he did I picked a different color. I was trying to get the carpet in before Christmas and Mike and the team made it happen. Everyone is super responsive and the whole process was seamless. I am doing a complete remodel of the house and with so many issues it was great to work with a vendor that did what they said they would do and made it so easy. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I need carpet.

I have worked with contractors on home construction and repair for over 40 years, and LA Structural is the best company I ever worked with. This was a huge job, waterproofing three walls of the house. It took two months. LA Structural got the job done in a reasonable time and did beautiful work. The construction crew was extremely careful and cleaned up well every day and at the end of the job. Every single person was honest, caring, and easy to work with. Dale Terndrup and Branden Seabert explained what was needed. Dale has been in the business for decades, and Branden is a structural engineer. I felt that I was dealing with true professionals. Branden negotiated the contract with me. He was flexible and reasonable, and it seemed to me that the contract was fair. Juan Casillas and Dale's son Matt Terndrup helped me to understand the wait with the City to get the permitting done. I didn't like the wait, but they gave me the impression that they were doing everything possible to speed up the process. Manny Guzman was the project supervisor. A former firefighter, he seems to be used to dealing with a lot of moving parts very well. He was a dream - very responsive and easy to work with. Marvin Sanchez, Alvaro Perez (father and son), and Oscar Cop formed the core of a construction team that ranged from three to five men. (The remainder were Juan (different last name), and Celso.) They are true craftsmen. The work was backbreaking, noisy, and labor-intensive. They kept up a steady, diligent pace and took pride in finishing in a timely manner. They were quite friendly, kind, and easy to talk with. They spent the minimum time possible on the invasive part inside the house and were careful to try not to track dirt in and to clean up afterward. Manny helped by giving me notice, so that I could plan to be away when the noise got to be too much, or in a different part of the house from the workmen. I learned a lot from the work ethic of Manny and his crew, their good humor, and their sense of honor in the job. I have enormous admiration for this company. If you select LA Structural, you will be in good hands.

We hired Bartona Builders for our kitchen remodel and wow! What a difference. They tore out ALL the old cabinets and put in new ones that look amazing. The countertops are granite and they shine so nice. Matt came by every day to check on things which was really good because some other contractors we talked to said they might not always be there.
The whole job took about four weeks but it was worth the wait. Our friends can't believe it's the same kitchen!! They also fixed some electrical stuff that was old and dangerous.
Would definitely use them again.
Roy and his team were truly superb.
When we were ready to renovate our garage (converting it from unfinished space to a home office and workshop), we spent a while shopping around for quotes. Roy stood out from the start, offering a detailed proposal and a competitive (in fact, somewhat lower) price. He spent quite some time talking with us when he visited our home, thinking through our wishes to be sure he understood them, presenting different options for accomplishing our goals, and coming up with thoughtful and creative solutions.
Throughout the project, his team did high-quality work. The finished garage is lovely, and exactly as we hoped for. His subcontractors were skilled and he is an extremely detail-oriented, involved manager. When little things came up--a door was delayed at the factory, for example--Roy figured out how to work around them, even when it meant considerable extra effort. When we asked him to add to the scope of work, he did so at very low cost. It was always clear that his primary goal was to make sure that we were totally happy with the final product.
What stood out most about Roy was his exceptional communication. He was incredibly responsive (within hours, even on the weekends, every single time), clear, warm, and helpful. He kept us apprised of the progress and met with me--at times convenient for my schedule--at least weekly, to check in and discuss and questions we had. He was even willing to handle dealing with a difficult supplier; I had placed the order for a window, and when the wrong one was delivered, he didn't blink an eye before offering to just handle it for me. In my experience, communication skills like this are rare and valuable.

A swarm of bees had nested in the pepper tree that spreads over our patio, making it unusable. Jody came just a day of so after we called him, exterminated the nest, and filled the hole in the tree with foam so that it can't be used by future swarms. Mike and Carlos did a thorough initial inspection and I had the estimate in my hands by the time they left. They are the guys who are on site to supervise the work crew so information does not have to be repeated. The team arrived promptly, put down tarps and plywood to protect plants and other areas, worked steadily and clearly know what they are doing with 70-foot-tall trees. They took down 5 large trees, thinned 5 trees that had not been touched in 30 years, ground out stumps and cleared dense vegetation. Most of the work was on a 45-degree or steeper slope that is some distance from the street. They exceeded my expectations and did a more thorough and extensive project than I expected. They cleaned up after the work was done. And their pricing was better than two other quotes I got. Their service was excellent.

Thanks to Dr. Ryan we found out I had some issues with my neck that never knew I had and obviously that was contributing with my migraines. Now I feel much better and can be doing more things than I was able before. Love the work ethic and the love that the whole staff give to their patients. The minute you walk in you feel welcome. Everyone is very nice and chill but professional at the same time. It doesn't feel like you're at a doctor's office. I definitely recommend to go see him
I was experiencing lower back pain for a few weeks and went to see Dr. Lily and with just one treatment I was feeling significantly better! Dr. Lily spent time examining me and was able to diagnose my injury and provide me with solutions - I couldn't be happier. Her staff are very kind, her office is clean and well equipped, and she is a true professional. If you are looking for a chiropractor who is able to fix your back problems then look no further.
Dr. Wood is the real deal. He will tell you what you need to hear and how to deal with it. He gives great care, and I totally trust him. He is honest, straightforward, more than competent, and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend him for chiropractic care.

I started coming to Dr. T's office for chronic sciatic pain that I have not been able to find relief for. I definitely came to the right place! My back has never felt so good, and I haven't had pain in months. Everyone in the office is wonderful, and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. They will also listen to what you have to say, which is really hard to come by in a doctor's office these days. Please come here if you need chiropractic work. You will not be sorry!

This review is decades overdue. Dr Tim Barreto has been the most important person I've ever met on my healing path. Many years ago when I injured my neck dancing around the world, other chiros told me I'd likely need neck surgery. I had the divine grace of meeting Dr Barreto soon after and he quite magically "gave me a new neck" as I say. Our sessions were profound and I came out of our work together with zero neck pain. I felt so good for many years that I didn't need to see him but every time something cropped up he would be my go to. Recently I've had the worst injury of my life with a concussion and he has been truly remarkable as always. I've referred several friends to him over the years and every one of them has been blown away. I am so grateful for this man's gifted hands and heart.
I am a dentist and most dentist have bad necks and backs. Dr Suarez has taken care of my Hereditarily Degenerative Disc Disease, my sore stiff neck and my horrible back muscle spasms for over 20 years. He has done my back and neck adjustments and shown me the proper stretching exercises and great preventative ergonomic positions to treat me patient. I have referred my dental team for carpal tunnel syndrome, and refer my patients with severe TMJ discomfort. Along with his adjustments he treats me with warm packs and electrode massage stimulation. Plus now he has this amazing CBD gel for my back, neck, and joints, and I even use it on some of my patients. Nicest most conscientious veterinarians out there. Not some large group trying to take you for every penny. The staff is lovely and the doctors are great. They know their medicine, and really care about the animals. Very happy to have found them. My only complaint is parking. Sometimes it's challenging in front, but usually there is some space relatively close.
Dr. Basilious is a literal lifesaver!! I brought my sweet energetic 1 year old kitty here after she suddenly started refusing food and water and became lethargic. My old vet dismissed my concerns after the world’s briefest evaluation, so I decided to try Bastet Cat Hospital to get a second opinion. After a much more thorough examination, Dr Basilious found that her bladder was TWICE the size it should be! He drained her bladder and put her on a special diet and antibiotics, and I’m so thrilled to say that she’s back to her playful self! Everyone in the office is so kind and knowledgeable, and they even worked with me to keep the cost down. I’m happy to switch my 3 kitties to this clinic and give them my business, they deserve it. As someone who has been taking pilates reformer classes for years, I have been so impressed with Personal Pilates. I've been taking classes with Chris and Kim because I was invited from my friend. They have Stott pilates equipment and especially love the trampoline cardio classes! They have unique techniques that I can actually feel. Kim also pays attention to how you are making the movements and has a really gentle approach to guiding you. You are definitely working all the muscles! Highly recommend!
Favorite Pilates studio! It’s walking distance from my home! Mackenzie is the most personable, wonderful instructor. Very tuned in and has such a calming voice. Love all of these classes and the instructors! Thank you, Avenir!
First time in this studio and I enjoyed it. Instructor gave good instructions and she recommended modifications for the newbies, but it was a challenging class for us non-newbies. MANY reformers in this studio. Not too many people that day so it was easy to have space among ourselves. Plenty of free parking in a shared lot.
Mandy is seriously the best massage therapist I’ve ever met (and I’ve had a lot of massages)! I started seeing Mandy when I was pregnant and because I could instantly recognize that I was dealing with a true expert of the craft who understands on a foundational level how the body works, I kept seeing Mandy post-partum, which has been a year now. I go at least monthly and it has made SUCH a difference in my well-being, especially since I have a very physical job. I never would have imagined that I would get such frequent massages, but it’s literally only because of Mandy. They’ve really changed my life. Highly recommend!
My sister highly recommended Alice and she was not wrong. This isn't your typical average massage. Alice listens to what is currently bothering you and then spends the session targeting that issue. Simply the best. I've now had two separate sessions. One was targeting low back pain at the time and the most recent was tension in the shoulders from a lot of work stress at the desk. Both times I left feeling wonderful. You know immediately once she begins. She has the touch
I had an excellent and firm massage in a private room. She used hot stone lotion and oil that was warm. Very skilled massage therapist!! Very fair price and I'll be back and tell others. I'm getting a foot massage tomorrow and can't wait! Very clean and organized!
I just had the most deepest, complex and satisfying massage. I definitely recommend coming and scheduling appointment with Joe. I am always seeking a lot of pressure in my massages which most places let me down. Joe did not! The whole hour was top notch end to end. He used a lot of techniques and returned to the same spots several times. I am sure if you are in any serious pain or have some mobility issues, he can make you right. I can't wait to go back.
I've been coming here for the past 2 years and I really love the energy and ambience of this place. I've tried their hydration IVs with B12 , Reiki, ionic foot detox & reflexology (foot massage) and natural medicine. I can only say it has been a great experience and I've recommended a few family and friends and they also love it. Looking forward to trying their facials, stone massages and other treatments. It is a bit pricey, but totally worth it.
I visited Nature's Moon a couple days ago for the first time. The minute I walked in, I was greeted with a warm hello and guided through selecting a service and payment. The massage was done by Jane who was exceptional! She was intuitive and new how to feel where knots were, and listened to me when I said I had pain in certain areas. I left feeling relaxed and with significantly less discomfort then when I walked in. I will definitely be returning to this spa!
Incredible. Attention to detail and as a professional dancer; weeks of stress was released in a manner of 60 minutes. The care they took was incredible. Ana was smart , loving and super helpful in knowing how to take care of my body. Side note: the whole establishment was clean , organized and truly welcoming. Highly recommend!

I’ve gone to this massage place a few times. It’s kind of hit and miss although the masseuses are great what I don’t like is sometimes it tends to get loud inside when you expect a quiet, relaxing stress free atmosphere. I went today, it is a Sunday, I probably will not do this again because they have really bad scheduling. I was a walk-in and asked if it was a good time. I could have waited, but they took me right away, which caused some scheduling conflicts. I paid for a 90 minute combo massage I was asked to be in the public area to get my foot massage which I was OK, but then I was asked by the person upfront if it was okay for them to do my back out there, then go to the private room. Obviously I was not because that’s not what I paid. Please hire a front facing person to deal with your scheduling on the weekends.

During the thick of my IVF injections (Lupron, iykyk), her work significantly reduced the side effects I was experiencing. Before seeing her, I really struggled. But now, it almost feels like I have no side effects at all. She even came to my transfer, led a beautiful meditation to help me breathe through the nerves, and truly advocated for my right to pee, haha. I honestly don’t want to imagine what that day would've been like without her.
My fertility journey is still in progress, but I feel so much more at peace and supported, and that has everything to do with Dr. Hoehn. She’s an absolute gem.
Dr. Kong is a total magic! I pulled my calf muscle working out and could barely walk. I found her on yelp and called immediately upon pulling my muscle and she got me in IMMEDIATELY. The moment I walked in and met her I just knew this Doctor knew her stuff. She is extremely intentional and I felt so well taken care of. After my session I was still hurting but definitely better than when I walked in. She suggested I do a follow up appointment the next day. I woke up the next morning feeling so much better - about 80% better I would say! After my second session, I was back up to 90% and then waking up the following morning - 99% healed! I think one more day of rest and I will be completely healed. I didn't even do anything special in between my sessions - I am positive it is because of her magic touch! I feel so grateful for her skill and will 1000% come back again!
I've been coming here for a few months now on and off. Mr. Kim is great at what he does. He's been helping with my sleep/anxiety/stress etc. Every session I fall asleep for about 20-30 minutes. I defintiely leave feeling very relaxed. I highly reccomend seeing him and trying acupuncture if you haven't before. There's so many ailments he can help with!
Dr. Dupre is simply amazing. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and asks questions. Really wants to get the best results for your visit.She shared her approach and what would be the next steps with even referrals to other specialists! Dr. Mao is a godsend. I am so lucky to have found her. I was dealing with Nausea, acid reflux and dizziness. I went to a few GIs and no one could tell me what was wrong. I got an endoscopy and a ton of other tests and everything came back normal. I heard that acupuncture is a good option for stomach issues and I am happy I gave it a try. I no longer feel discomfort... I am free to live my life without fear of falling over or feeling nauseous. Dr. Mao was so kind, nurturing and very insightful with every step of the way. My experience with driving instructor Nancy was excellent. She was very thorough with the theory and practical aspects of driving any student should know about. Her instruction style is gentle and polite. She put me through the driving practice professionally. At each step correcting the mistakes and informing the consequences of each error. Her emphasis, more than passing the test was making me a responsible, law abiding and hence a safe driver. She took care of the car’s maintenance and cleanliness. She was always cheerful. After I passed the test she was more happy than me. Woman of great character I highly recommend her as a driving instructor. I will be indebted to her for teaching me DMVs rules and practices. I could master the legendary left turn of dmv because of her help

Great driving school they really go above and beyond to teach defensive driving and I have become very comfortable on the road with little to no anxiety thanks to the lovely informative instructors. My whole family learned to drive from Triple A and after me my little sister is next. The instructors go into detail and are very good at explaining how to drive at your best and stay safe. I would recommend anyone who had anxiety on the road like me to sign up if you would like to learn how to drive and drive safe most of all.
