Doctor Holmes is the best Chiropractic doctor I could ever ask for. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. He is amazing at treatment of any type of injury. I would highly recommend doctor Holmes. Additionally he helped me with supplements that provided me more energy from the brand Standard process. I have seen a huge improvement in quality of life.

Dr Holmes is the best at figuring out how to emphasize the body's ability to heal itself, but offers so much more as well. He is so proficient in his expertise & understands how every system of the body works together- if he doesn’t know something he will do the extra work to find out! After a lifetime of suffering from migraines, he was able to relieve me of this pain and help me understand why it would happen, as well as how to maintain a lifestyle that prevented them from reoccurring.
