My house was originally bought with carpet in the dining room, living room and hallway that needed replacement. We knew that under the carpet we had cracks and would need to be repaired as well as tile installation. Ricardo came to assess our floor, gave us an honest answer to all our questions and explained in detail what would need to be done to correct the issues throughout the house. Jack, the manager, was very helpful throughout the whole process and even let me take some samples home (the actual sample they show in the showroom with three rows, not the small square box ones you need to purchase at some other places) to compare for free. He was even nice enough to help load and unload because we came back multiple times.
