I had the service tech come out to do a PM on my water heater everything went well until I needed hat water later that night. There was NONE - no hot water and the soonest a tech can come out is July 10. A whole WEEK WITH NO HOT WATER. If this was my fault I could accept the timeline but, this is their mistake. I think they should get someone out immediately.
