“After a flood in our kitchen, Kevin Seib of Seib Construction provided an estimate to the insurance company to refurbish / rebuild our kitchen cabinets. He provided a realistic estimate that was not a low-ball and we were able to add about 10% to have Kevin build and install custom cabinets.Kevin is a licensed cabinet maker and general contractor and he has a 7000 Sq foot workshop.We are extremely happy with the job Kevin performed to rebuild our kitchen. The cabinets he built provide much more storage space than the old cabinets and the stain finish on alder looks like a fine furniture finish, but durable. He uses the highest quality hardware and everything fits well and works great.He worked with us to design the cabinets and he provides excellent computer drawn design drawings that made it easy to visualize the final product and make changes as desired. With his experience he is able to make insightful suggestions.Working with Seib construction was a pleasure. For example, I wanted to get baked on paint cabinets and eventually settled on Columbia which is a Canadian manufacturer with a semi-custom approach. This worked for me, but my husband really wanted a paper towel dispenser built into the cabinetry which was not a part of Columbia's normal inventory of choices. Lisa helped us order a solution with piecemeal parts from Columbia that were assembled by our cabinet installer. It looks so good and fits seamlessly into our island. “After spending months looking for a contractor, we talked to our neighbors who all highly recommended Todd’s company after having a great experience with him. Todd was extremely knowledgeable and helped us design our dream house with a fantastic new layout and modern design. He provides three dimensional drawings and has a plethora of cabinets, hardware, and countertops on display in his Huntington Beach office.They replaced every inch of our main sewer line and found a way for us to move our laundry room inside. Todd and his team easily removed one load-bearing interior wall to create an open floor plan and built an addition to make our master bathroom larger. Todd has a consistent crew who works with him. The crew is super friendly, skilled at their job, and keeps everything clean.From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure working with Todd. “If you have been looking for a contractor to complete renovations but they've either been a) unresponsive, or b) proven to be untrust worthy whether its because they are up charging or flat our lying to you, I have great news for you. Your search for a great contractor is over. If this is your first stop during your search, consider yourself lucky. If you don't believe me, continue your search and I am 100% certain you'll end up right back here. From my experience, I've found that dishonest contractors will start to become unresponsive when you ask specific questions regarding why you are being charged what you are being charged. Its mostly because they will benefit when the customer is in the dark. However, honest contractors have absolutely no issue being transparent with you and that is exactly the type of contractor Jean is. My experience with Jean and his team was absolutely amazing throughout my entire project from start to finish. My project: I had existing tile countertops that I wanted to replace with quartz. I wanted a bookmatched waterfall with full kitchen backsplash, and I wanted my ponywall to be cut down to counter height grade and extend my counter to have an overhand to allow for seating. However, I had 2 electrical outlets on my ponywall that I needed to have rerouted. With the remaining quartz material I wanted to replace the coutners tops in both my guest bathroom and main bathroom (I'll include before and after pictures so you can see for yourself). I'd also like to give shout out to the guy I ran into at MSI for putting me in contact with him Jean. My goodness!! Jean and his team were absolutely phenomenal. If I ever plan on doing future renovations whether it be with my existing property or a future one, he's my guy. I'm only sharing my experience because of how difficult it was to find someone like Jean. But don't just take my word for it, take a look at the before and after pictures that I took. On the day of the install everything went smoothly. Every time we've had a contractor in we expect to have a big clean up to do. Not with Prodigy Built. They were meticulous in protecting our floors and cleaning up after themselves. The end product is fantastic and we were extremely happy with the entire process. I have no doubt we will be using them for future projects as well.“
