erick went above and beyond to help us after a water issue affected our carpet in Buena Park. He arrived around 6:30 pm for an emergency carpet cleaning and extraction service and stayed until the job was fully finished later that night. he was professional, responsive, and made the whole carpet cleaning process much less stressful. We had a hard time finding anyone who would return our calls or come out quickly, especially since we are a little farther out, but he worked us in fast and showed up ready to help. the pricing was fair, and the quality of the carpet cleaning work was excellent. our carpets looked much better, and the affected areas felt clean and refreshed....read full review
