From the first call to the final carpet cleaning, the whole experience was smooth and professional. The appointment scheduler was friendly and very helpful, and the reminder messages plus the update about the technician’s arrival were truly appreciated. Samuel was courteous, easy to talk to, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about treating tough pet stains and odor issues in our carpets and rugs. He also left us with a spot-cleaning solution to help with any future pet accidents, which was a thoughtful touch. The pricing felt fair, the carpet cleaning service exceeded expectations, and we will definitely use them again for regular rug and carpet maintenance.

New Day Carpet Cleaning was amazing. After a pipe leak caused water damage in my home, the team quickly arranged to pick up my area rugs and keep them safely stored while the flooring work was being finished. Once the rugs were returned, they looked fresh, clean, and full of color again, with the fibers feeling soft and renewed. During the delivery, Erick also cleaned a very large sofa that had been affected by the water, and the upholstery came out looking great. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the crew was on time, professional, patient, and very helpful. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, and upholstery cleaning in Buena… read full review
