“Had an exceptional and professional walk-in shiatsu deep tissue 45 min massage here a couple months ago while passing through the area. Decided to try and walk in without an appointment again but unfortunately it looks like this business is shut down as it's now empty inside and up for lease. I'm leaving a 5 star based on my experience months ago when they were still an operating business. I'm writing this review as a courtesy for everyone so you're aware this business appears to be non-operational at this point.”

“I highly recommend Kim’s Acupuncture & Moxibustion Clinic if you want to focus on living a healthy life rather than just a long one!

My wife and I visited on a Monday. While Dr. Kim is at the Orange County clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays (and treats patients at the Koreatown location on other days), we weren't able to see him directly. However, the receptionist welcomed us with incredible kindness. They even thoroughly explained the Medi-Cal benefits, letting us know that members are eligible for two oriental medicine treatments per month.

The clinic has multiple private rooms, accommodating both solo patients and couples. Since I came with my wife, we were guided to a comfortable double room. After listening carefully to my symptoms, they tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs. We received acupuncture, followed by moxibustion (with a very detailed explanation of its benefits and careful warnings about the heat level), and finished with a relaxing massage. I truly felt a renewed sense of energy coursing through my body.

What stood out to me just as much as the treatment was the clinic's dedication to giving back to the community. The walls were filled with photos of their extensive volunteer work, including pictures with the U.S. President and various politicians, as well as their active outreach to other communities.

It was a deeply heartwarming and healing experience. If you are looking for genuine care, you should definitely visit!”
