Vince is great. Excellent communication, quick responses, and good service. He changed a gasket on my washing machine and was efficient and effective. I'll absolutely hire him again should the need arise.
Vince had fixed a washer problem for me last time. Now I have a problem with dryer and contacted Vince directly as I have enough confidence for his skill. I described the problem. Vince was able to identify two potential causes. He came over and resolved the problem exactly what he diagnosed online. I really appreciate his efficiency and professionalism.
He was so fast at responding, and was able to get us in same day. Our freezer was dispensing ice randomly and making a mess. He was able to diagnose, order the part, and install the new components within 36 hours. Great service, great demeanor, and very happy! He also offered us a warranty on parts AND labor, so we feel secure in his work. Great experience for a bad situation!
