My 10-year-old Samsung front-load dryer stopped spinning on a Saturday morning. Called Vince. He comes by at 4 pm on the same day, replaces a broken pulley, cleans all the dust inside the unit and leaves everything clean and tidy. I get a text with the reasonable bill right away and I take care of it with Apple Pay. Done and done. I always support honest, hard-working independent tradesmen like him.

I requested a replacement for my Sub Zero refrigerator door the my tenant left some serious dents due to moving. The service technician came promptly once the new door arrived and completed the installation. However, he did not haul away the old door and instead left it in front of the house. This was very inconvenient because I am traveling, and I need to make separate arrangements, at additional cost, to have the door removed.
If haul away service was not included, they should have informed me beforehand. That way, I could have planned accordingly, either by hiring someone else for the full job or by arranging to deduct the removal cost from my tenant’s deposit....read full review
