Ivan from Appliance Repair USA came by our rental property to fix our dryer vent duct. He is a professional who delivers quality solutions. Any questions I had were answered patiently.
I messaged Appliance Repair USA when we got back from vacation because my older oven was no longer heating up.I received a message from Ivan, the owner within 10 minutes even though they were already closed. He helped me get scheduled and answered any questions I had. He let me know the price estimate for the inspection and that it would be waived if I chose to go through with the repair. Their prices are very reasonable as well. They were able to get someone out to help us by Monday, which was so quick especially since I got ahold of them after hours on a Saturday night.Igor was our technician and he called to let us know when he was on his way and with a time estimate....read full review
Very efficient and easy to work with. Ivan solved the issue; even took time to ensure all pats were working properly and gave us hints to avoid issues in the future. I certainly recommend and will use again for appliance repairs!
