Tobias came out for a free inspection and we hit it off right away so I had him go ahead and do the treatment then. He was friendly and honest and not pushy like our previous pest company. Fenn has my business from now on.

40+ yrs. never knew, heard or saw a bed bug. Googled, found Fenn, and chose this long-standing family-owned business; which has proven old family business ethics still exists. What luck!. After our Fenn experience, I now understood why Fenn couldn't schedule us right away; professional, on-time service, patient and courtesy staff. Fabiola went above and beyond when she stayed after hours on the phone with me until I got home to make sure everything was safe. Michelle's diligent work ethics had us schedule for a second treatment and never gave up to reimburse us for our second hotel stay. Sonia said and did expedite our reimbursement check. Great company and super nice and professional employees!Arthur did an excellent job treating our termites today!And Asmara in the office was very helpful coordinating our services too!I would highly recommend this company.Been using them for years!
