Mari was amazing. She totally transformed my wife's hair into a Balayage style. Super pleased with the result. She was super helpful and very professional. If you are looking for a place to get a Balayage, we highly recommend this place.The salon gets pretty packed, but the service is just amazing. Really friendly atmosphere. Mari does not only make your hair look better, but also gives you tips and advices how to maintain it. She goes above and beyond. This review is dedicated to Wwoogie: As a college student I'm very cautious with how I spend my money, especially when it comes to investing in myself. As a local to the Buena Park area, there are what appears to be many good salons in the general area and the surplus of options is overwhelming. I was looking for a nice Korean salon (but more specifically a stylist) to get a men's perm + haircut at before going back to school, and eventually decided on booking an appointment with Jeunesse and Wwoogie after reading through review upon review here on Yelp. Review for Woman's Haircut with wwoogie: Like many others, I am extremely skeptical of trying new hair salons/stylists. After hearing great things about wwoogie, I finally mustered up the courage to visit him for a haircut and I'm very satisfied with my results. I showed him a photo of long layers + front framing bangs and he delivered! Through the entire process, he kept checking in with me to make sure he wasn't going any shorter than what I wanted (as a woman, you know this fear). I love that he explained everything as he went and made sure I knew why he was doing a certain cut/style. After the cut, he styled my hair in a simple wave + inward curl.
