“I got my HVAC system installed by 3rd gen in 2022, this week the heater stopped working . I gave them a call and Devin and Ceaser visited today to fix the issue. They were at the house right at the appointment time, understood the issue and fixed in few minutes. I found them very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained in detail the cause and how to prevent it in future . The best part was they were so nice they didn’t charge me as it was not a major fix. I always recommend 3rd gen for an awesome professional experience. It was a very good decision to purchase my HVAC from 3rd Gen.“
