My appointment was with the shop owner/stylist Shondra. This is my first time visiting a salon since going natural in 2011. I had a Saturday morning appointment and was her first client. I needed a wash, deep conditioning, flat iron and trim. The whole process took about 2.5 hours. She was awesome. I felt comfortable the whole time. Before the appointment I was worried about heat damage and over trimming but my hair came out perfect. Highly Recommended.
