Started with what we thought was just a clogged bathroom drain but then we noticed the shower was backing up anytime we ran the sink and the toilet started bubbling too. At that point we knew it was something bigger. Alejandro came out and traced the issue back to a blockage further down the drain line. He cleared the line, tested everything a few times and made sure the shower, sink and toilet were all draining normally before leaving. Definitely glad we called because this was way beyond something we could've fixed ourselves. Everything has been working like normal since.
