“Went in a little frazzled because my 3 year old’s earring backs were stuck and one earring was pushing into her ear. Johnny was a Godsend! I’ve never met a nicer human being! He was so good with my daughter, she just loved him. He was patient and didn’t rush while working on getting the old earrings out and he kept stopping and checking in with my daughter to make sure she was okay. Super friendly, he put me and her at ease. And he put in her new earrings very gently and she had a very fun, positive experience. Highly highly recommend.”
