Nick performed and pest inspection for my buyers during their home buying process and he was great! He took the time to answer all of their questions, even ones not related to his inspection. He's very knowledgeable and gave us the best price for his service.

Nick Velardo and his team at Alpha Rodent and Pest were on-time, professional, and reasonably priced for the amount of work preformed. A client of mine had rodent extermination and insulation re-blown in the attic. Nick and his crew were able to complete it all in one day and provide a one year warranty against rodents for the homeowner and transferable to the new homeowner after the sale of the property.
