It was great working with Golden State Seismic on my EBB earthquake retrofit in Albany. I researched a couple of firms before I decided to use them, and found that the level of detail they provided in their bid was the most comprehensive as well as the best bang for my buck. Holly was timely and patient jumping through the hoops that is required for the EBB rebate and Brian and the onsite crew were great about adjusting plans slightly to respond to the realities of my space. I highly recommend them. (Just know that if you're using the EBB program, it is several months from application to reimbursement.)
