The roofers got through a bad section besides the chimney with no problem. Flashing was done properly and the detail work was clean. It matters to be that kind of attention on the hard parts.
Geronimo and his employee did a fantastic job with replacing all of the leaking roof pipe flashing and vent flashing on a mission concrete tile roof. Also painted the new flashings and afterwards replaced broken tiles as needed. Inspected roof mortar and replaced as needed. Pressure washed mold and debris from the valley tiles which had to be removed and cleaned out. I inspected his work afterwards being a retired builder. Work was done as if I had completed it . That's the way I like it done. The entire property was cleaned afterwards of debris. Job well done. I would definitely hire OLD TOWN CONTRACTORS AGAIN!! BTW his price was competitive.
