Colin arrived promptly at my home in Antioch and we had a conversation about the issues I was facing with my roofing system. He attentively listened to my concerns, offered some insights, and then carried out a thorough inspection of the roof. He then provided me with an estimate and a timeline for the repairs, which I greatly appreciated.
we were absolutely thrilled with the promptness of the individuals we dealt with during the entire process of getting our roof inspected. colin and philip were wonderful in assisting us in picking out our roofing options, liaising with our insurance, planning, installation, and clean up in antioch. they made sure our roofing experience was top-notch.
My experience with this roof repair service was top-notch from start to finish. Keith was my main contact and he walked me through the whole process with great attention to detail. This involved giving advice on various roofing materials, breaking down the contract specifics, and setting my expectations for the installation process. The team, led by Colin and Jalen, did an exceptional job and ensured the area was spotlessly clean when they finished. After the installation was done, Keith returned to make sure that i was completely satisfied with the work. I would suggest this team to anyone in Antioch in need of roof repair or replacement.
