I absolutely love this place, and so do my animals! I have been coming here for the past 15 years and yes my animals may cost me a fortune but they’re worth every penny!!! What do I love most about the Ark pet hospital? I thought you’d never ask!! What I love most about the Ark pet hospital is the staff! They always greet me and my pets as if we’re family and that means a lot to me personally. I can’t tell you about the lack of communication I’ve experienced elsewhere, but I can tell you I feel at home when I arrive here! Thank you Dr.H!!!

The staff is kind and helpful. Dr. Hageman takes good care of my dogs. She always explains what's going on and makes personal calls for sensitive subjects. I trust her with my best friends.

I have been taking my pets to Dr.Hageman since she opened her Antioch office! I moved to Rio Vista 10 years ago and tried another vet in Fairfield, I needed advice as I thought my dog was seizing but only got a recording, they didn’t call back until the next day! The Ark always has a human answering the phone and Dr. Hageman is quick to answer my emails. As long as own a pet I will take them there, she even saw my leopard gecko! Thank you to all the staff too!
