We needed to change from a countertop range to a new oven + range combo, but the pipes were arranged in such a way that the oven could not be installed properly. I called on a Sunday, not certain if they even handle gas pipes, and they offered some time slots on Monday. Deven came out and arrived right at the beginning of his arrival window and was able to complete all of the work within the allotted time. “Had a stopped up kitchen sink on Saturday. Called Rooter Hero and they came out on Sunday and cleaned out the line totally fixing the problem. They also ran a camera throughout the line making sure it was clear. Other companies wanted to charge a fee for emergency service since it was a Sunday. But Rooter Hero came out immediately and charged less than 60 bucks. I couldn’t believe it. Another company quoted me over 200 for the same service. Rooter Hero is my new plumbing company from now on. They are Heroes!“
