James, Louis and Joe were great! They took time to explain what was wrong with our heat pump water heater, they called the manufacturer (under warranty) ordered the replacement part, came back to install it and made sure all was working proper with our unit. They were on time every time even though we live in the sticks of Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, they were polite, very well mannered, clean and even had a sense of humor! I highly recommend them!

Sharify was excellent and thorough. We had a clog and a leak in our only bathroom that ended up being a full sink replacement. He cleaned everything after and answered all our questions. Jeshua the project manager was also a great communicator and the estimate matched the job. Highly recommend!
