Company was great , I did the after hours option because having water running is important. My valve to the washer was damaged and Bryan Ruvalcaba was the worker assigned to come out and he made it to the home in perfect timing and not only did he fist the problem he was explaining to me what possibly happened and when he was fixing it he was explaining what he was doing and how the problem is getting fixed . Thank you so much . If I’m in ever need again Bryan is the person who I would be requesting.
They were extremely accommodating and able to have a technician out within an hour!!! Stephen, the technician, was courteous and explained everything well and was very considerate with keeping the property clean as it is an HOA. I would definitely recommend using RR in the future and the price was very fair. Job well done! ? Thank you!!
