This is my go-to Kaiser for a majority of my needs (primary, bloodwork, pharmacy) and my experiences have all been positive. The employees are always super respectful and friendly. I was there today and the receptionist who checked me into labs was super nice, the person who drew my blood was very patient and helped me feel comfortable, and the people working at the pharmacy were all friendly and efficient.

I went to Reception Desk hoping to find someone to fix me up with Member Svcs, and this was the 3rd Kaiser facility I tried. Fortunately, I found Lupe at front desk, who HELPED THIS 70 YR OLD with her kp.org snafu!! All I needed was a real person to help me with it, and nobody would, except for Lupe! When I left, my blood pressure had returned to normal, and it was a done deal, just because somebody bothered to help me in person. That seems to be missing with Kaiser now

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I know this sounds strange but before I was with kaiser, I have been to some dr offices where you had to walk around the building to find the entrance. I like the staff in the pharmacy. They are very nice and helpful. They are good at explaining what you need to know. I have sleep apnea, and the people at the sleep clinic were very nice. Helping me get set up for the test, then getting my machine. I really like coming here over santa ana
