“I came to see Dr. Lee about 8 months ago with chronic pain in my legs and thighs. He and his assistant Song worked on me over the course of 8 sessions and the results were nothing short of miraculous. I went from barely being able to walk into their office to walking over a mile a day and getting back into shape at age 62. “Dr Jacobs seems very thorough, met at the designated appointment time and was respectful. Staff were courteous and the office was clean and accommodating. Location was easy to find and is nearby. Not sure why there were so many pages to fill in as a new patient. Some of the subject matter seemed irrelevant for a pediatrics facility. Some of the templated questions asked by the doctor were not really necessary and relevant to a pediatric environment. Some of the questioning seemed like more of an opportunity as a Public Service Announcement rather than preventative medicine for this age group. Overall a good experience and doctor was very professional.”

“My advice is to temper your expectations. Getting tattoo removal requires multiple session over years. While each session was quick the tattoo slowly fades each time and the healing process sucks. The last few times I got ugly blisters. You have to wait about 2-3 months for the tattoo to heal to get lasered again. I started going in March 2023 to remove a regrettable tattoo I got about 9 years ago. Took 2 years and 8 sessions for the tattoo to be light enough to be covered up. Dr. Tien was great. Every session was quick in and out.”
