Please consider providing tablets for patients like myself...computer illiterate. Technology isn't all that easy for us okder folks. Take that into consideration”

“Look - no parent wants to deal with lice. It's a pain in the rear and sucks for the whole household. We tried the stuff at the store and it was ... fine. My kiddo, however, has a TON of fine, fine, fine hair and it was a nightmare to go through and as brave as she was being, she had to tap out before dear old dad could get a proper check in. So we called Lizzie. She was readily available, answered all our questions, was fast and as gentle as could be with my little one. Some folks at the school clearly didn't due their due diligence, cause we had to deal with a re-infestation, but it wasn't at all the fault of Lizzie /and/ she took good care of us. While I hope to never need her help again, I know who my first call is going to be to if we have to deal with lice again.”

The office staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole process. The infusion center was very comfortable and provided a relaxing environment. My infusion nurse was wonderful. I was taken care of extremely well. I could not ask for a better experience. I would like to thank them for all their help and professionalism.”
