Our water heater case enclosure was in need of being replaced as it's over 50 years old and many people in this profession declined to work on it, never the less could actually fix it. Diego not only came and gave a very reasonable price but stuccoed the area and helped seal all entry point to ensure that no little critters could find their way in. He even updated the securities of tank and pipes to be in code. The quality of work that Diego does is exceptional.I can't express how much I have been looking for someone that can be honest, knowledgeable and do a quality job. “I use the optical (eye care) dept to have my eye exams done. The exams are very through, and the optometrists are very knowledgeable and helpful. If one needs an ophthalmologist appointment, then from my understanding, the Long Beach Hospital/clinic has them available. They also are excellent! For some exams, I was informed at the Santa Ana office that they can perform the same visual inspection that the ophthalmologist in Long Beach performed. I have gone to a private ophthalmologist in the past, and I found that the VA SA Clinic has excellent staff every time I have scheduled an eye exam. Also, the eyeglasses I have had prescribed are excellent! The staff are extremely friendly and have always answered any questions I have. The eye frame staff are always helpful and patient. They were able to find a pair of used frames after I stepped on mine and put my lenses into them and saved the day for me. I did get a hearing test done many years ago, but I cannot remember if it was at the Long Beach or the Santa Ana office. I did go to the SA office to have the parts changed and the technician was helpful but was not very patient. I recently was able to schedule an appointment with the audiologist at SA for checking out my hearing aids and my hearing. My wife complains that my hearing aids are not working! From my research, the Phonak hearing aids that the VA prescribes are reviewed as excellent. A family member works for a company that sells and performs hearing tests and she says that Phonak are excellent.“

“I had to come to this location for blood work since the Tustin location doesn't do it. Needles scare me, and I'm not comfortable seeing doctors. I was called in right away upon my arrival. The nurse that drew my blood was very good. I barely sat down in the chair and she was done. I didn't feel a thing.“
