“Dr Jacobs seems very thorough, met at the designated appointment time and was respectful. Staff were courteous and the office was clean and accommodating. Location was easy to find and is nearby.

Not sure why there were so many pages to fill in as a new patient. Some of the subject matter seemed irrelevant for a pediatrics facility. Some of the templated questions asked by the doctor were not really necessary and relevant to a pediatric environment. Some of the questioning seemed like more of an opportunity as a Public Service Announcement rather than preventative medicine for this age group.

“I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Alice Pien at AMA Regen Med & Skincare.

I had an underarm keloid that had already been surgically removed by two different surgeons. Unfortunately, each surgery only made it worse. I was feeling discouraged and didn't know where to turn.

I originally came to see Dr. Pien for RF microneedling, and she took the time to carefully evaluate my scar instead of rushing into treatment. Last year, she recommended doing a small laser test patch first to see how my skin would respond. The results from that tiny test area were amazing and gave me hope for the first time.

Unfortunately, I became ill shortly afterward and wasn't able to return to complete the full treatment. Today, I finally made it back and had laser treatment on the entire keloid.

Dr. Pien is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and conservative in her approach. She genuinely wants the best outcome for her patients and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I truly appreciate that she recommended testing the treatment first rather than making promises or jumping into a full procedure.

I'm so excited to see the results over the next few weeks! Once everything has healed, I'll be back to update this review with before-and-after photos.
