I had to come to this location for blood work since the Tustin location doesn't do it. Needles scare me, and I'm not comfortable seeing doctors. I was called in right away upon my arrival. The nurse that drew my blood was very good. I barely sat down in the chair and she was done. I didn't feel a thing.
I just had my first visit with MemorialCare Medical Group. I made the switch from a different and prominent medical group and glad I did! The front desk is friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Susan Lee and she is excellent with her patients. She listens to concerns and questions and explains things well. She already had my previous medical file in front of her and ready to go. Highly Recommend! Also, extremely close parking, no parking fees, lab on site, smaller building, so some procedures would go elsewhere within their medical group.
I really appreciate the staff's kindness, patience with all my questions. I also appreciate the time Dr. Jacobs dedicates to his patients, he makes sure he listens and understands his patient and he makes sure the patient understands his recommendation. Based on first visit with Dr. Jacobs I can tell he cares for his patience/children in general.
