“I enjoy this gym. Detracted one star only because the gym doesn’t have a pool, but the equipment is top notch, the space is well kept, the amenities are nice (sauna, water massage, red light therapy) and the staff (especially Tabitha and Valerie) are stellar! Everyone is great. I have been training here for going on three months and one thing that I don’t really love is that the gym is very crowded most of the time. It’s my personal preference to have less stimulation and sometimes fellow gym goers can be loud (but never disrespectful) and on more than one occasion I’ve had to forego the leg press because there’s only one and apparently it’s everybody’s fave. The music is not necessarily my vibe, but it’s a minor detail. I spend less than 4 hours a week in the space because I choose to do my cardio in outdoor settings, so it’s not exactly unbearable. Just a heads up to bring your headphones if you prefer to curate your own sounds. I will probably make better use of the cardio equipment when it starts raining. There are always plenty of available treadmills, stair climbers and elliptical machines. What attracted me to the location was their personal training offerings. I work with Valerie and she is incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. Her ability to build confidence, inspiration and strength simultaneously is honestly a gift. I also use the app to track my calories and macros. There’s a ton of ways to track your progress with strength, endurance and weight loss. I do a body scan regularly to check my muscle gains and fat to muscle ratios, but also I didn’t realize that I had a significant imbalance in strength and alignment from one side of my body to the other. Training is correcting it and also improving my mindset and mood. The service is kinda pricey (for me), but it is absolutely invaluable in terms of what you get for your money. Worth every last nickel! I encourage anyone who wants a solid lesson in body recomposition to look into the available options.”
