Pilates has a very special and powerful way of bringing in body awareness and alignment to simple activities on a day to day basis. This awareness brings in balance, alignment and healing into one's life. On my own mission for physical and mental health I have found myself training with Nancy at From thr Core Pilates in Benicia. Nancy is a fantastic teacher and master Pilates practitioner local to the area for over 20years! Nicely equipped Pilates studio, with reformers, TRX, chair, spring board, and more. Nancy is experienced and modifies according to each person's needs. Friendly group of people to work out with. I wish they had more classes!

Susan W I highly recommend "From the Core," to anyone who wants to improve their body's strength, flexibility, and balance. Who doesn't, right? Initially I went to prepare for a hip replacement surgery. I returned after surgery to recover my strength and mobility. I keep going because my body loves how it is transforming. And when my body is happy, so am I! Nancy is a very experienced and talented instructor who sincerely cares about all of her clients. She is very skilled at giving clear directions.
