I had a full replacement of the HVAC system on my house. When I called the office, the woman was very sweet and helpful. She scheduled me quickly. During my consultation, my technician was knowledgable and straightforward with how much it would cost. He took into consideration all the factors of my home before providing a quote. His quote was lower than all of the other 4 companies I called. After we scheduled the install, I felt confident with the service I was receiving. The staff was incredibly polite and efficient. This is was several years ago. I still call them for regular maintenance and they never try to up sale me anything unnecessary and are always reasonable.

I give Affordable an A++. The service was amazing. John their technician was super polite and professional. He performed a diagnostic quickly and explained everything to me. He was kind enough to fix the motor by changing a capacitor instead of charging me for a new motor. John was done and on to his next customer within an hour. Thank you John and Affordable Air.
