Our air conditioning went out due to a leak with the PVC drain along with build up that blocked the unit from draining. I'm really impressed with the quality, attention to detail, and support I was provided. I will be bookmarking their number as the first person to call in the future. After having had a few experiences in the past with other businesses that said I needed entirely new systems to only find out a part is needed I'm always weary. However this business honesty and integrity has my trust after today. Thank you!

I had Eddie and his bro come in today to my apartment to fix our ac and though it was something minor, they were very professional and kind. They are very respectful men. When I initially called him he was even trying to help me on the phone to fix my problem. You get a very good feeling about them! I highly recommend them!

We needed to have the condenser unit moved a few feet from the service panel location in order to meet new permit requirements for a new upgrade service panel. I needed to get this done quickly to get the job started so after researching and called three hvac companies, Keeping It Cool was the fastest response and was also able to give me a quote over the phone. Eddie also stated after checking his schedule that he was going to be in our area the next day and we would be his first stop and that the job shouldn't take more than 1-1 1/2 hours.
