Keeping It Cool Air Conditioning and Heating was a lifesaver for my elderly mother's home! After dealing with another company (to put it nicely—even though he doesn’t deserve it, one “gentleman”) who wouldn’t resolve the issue and was quite unprofessional, the KICHA team came in and completely took over with confidence, professionalism, and diligence. Eddie and his team are incredible! He gets back to you fast and can get to you even faster. I had issues with my AC leaking and he was flexible and came as soon as I needed him. My AC had an issue again (unrelated) and I texted him the night of and he came the very next day with his team. This is especially important since the heat in CA has been so bad lately. They're respectful, friendly, and very communicative. I've already referred friends and family to them in case they need the immediate help they can provide.
Eddie is the best. 2nd time they have come out to house and I was just as impressed this time as I was the first time. Reliable, honest hard working guys. Would not use anyone else.
