On a cold Saturday morning we discovered our furnace wasn’t working. We phoned Willowbrook Plumbing and Heating…..not only did they answer the phone at 7am but they had someone fixing our furnace at 9am. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Replacing the 19 year old hot water tank was one of my top concerns and priortiy after moving into our new home in Langley.After spending few days on educating myself about the task and what it entails, I reached out to few HVAC/Heating and plumbing companies thatprovide services for Hot water tank maintenance and replacement.On a weekend I wrote to Willowbrook Plumbing and Vivienne immedaitely reached out by text and fixed an appointment accommodating my preferred time and dayas well.Gary showed up with his crew member on time and I liked his approach and his being genuine and upfront. Their promptness, professionalism, and courtesy were outstanding, even when I called before 7 AM on a Sunday! Gary communicated the process, updated me on issues as they came up, provided the solution needed and completed the job within hours on the same day.I highly recommend working with Willowbrook Plumbing for any plumbing needs.
