Hoping to keep this review as short as possible. Firstly, just want to say kudos to the JSPH team. Brief history, our house was fitted with a combi boiler in late 2015 and 7 years later it was replaced with a new one (a different brand). The space heating was ok for 1.5 years then intermittently starts having space heating problems. We have no luck contacting the last installer so we searched online and reached out to JSPH (the reviews really helped ?). Colin and Hayden came to fix the previous plumber's incorrect piping of a new Navien boiler. They re-piped and retrofitted the primary/secondary system and the connected parts including the condensate naturalizer and air vent, the gas piping and more. They were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of their work as per code. They are very good in customer service (very honest) and regular communication from the support staff at the office (for example - a notification call 15 mins prior to arrival of appointment) and addressing the issue according to the situation and the client's needs. When our hot water tank was failing, we decided to go with John Sadler Plumbing & Heating to install a tankless water heater because of their high ratings on google. Their work and communication did not disappoint. Colin and his son made our job a priority for the next day and spent the entire day doing a thorough install, spending the time to redirect pipes to make the area less congested. They explained the new system well, answered our questions and made adjustments so everything was in good working order before finishing up. Thank you!
