Dominic responded quickly to my email and set up an appointment quickly. Angelo serviced our furnace, found the issue, recommended furnace replace and turned off the gas to the furnace to prevent us from using it (due to potential CO poisoning). He also looked at our hot water tank and discovered the reason for the issue I'd originally called for. They also told me about the Fortis rebate so I could save a little money :-) They provided 4 options for replacement furnaces and installed it as quickly as possible. I call them when my furnace not working. Dominic answered the next day he checked and my furnace needs to be replace after a week I got the new one installed. Good service honest opinion, trust worthy I will used them again .
