My husband and I have dealt with Ener-Save for many years, recently my husband contacted them for an air-conditioning quote, my husband learned that the original owners had sold the business and there was a new owner, the new owner scheduled with us to come to our home to give us an estimate to install air-conditioning, well he never showed up or called. Needless to say we have now contracted with a firm that did show up to give an estimate. The new owner needs to be aware that South Surrey is a very small business area and he should be more careful about keeping appointments he makes.

Replaced my water heater, but didn't put back the furnace room door back. Charged me for furnace maintenance but didn't install a new filter, so I don't know if the job was actually done. Asked them also to put in a new water pressure regulator, said they'd get back to me but didn't! Felt really disrespected
