As is using a Geothermal system I have tested many of the Geothermal repair companies, I found Andrew from TruGreen Geothermal, a very competent in diagnosing & repairing problems of geothermal systems. He always understands the urgency of a residential owner when their heat or cooling is not working & respond timely. Even fixed the mistakes of the previous technicians worked on the unit without playing games.“

“Recently we were getting too high a expense for heating our house. We attended the fireplace store and spoke to I/C James who was very pleasant, showed as numerous fire places and could answer all our questions. He had excellent experience in this fireplace field and gave us great advise. He was not pushy or demanding in his conversation with us. His estimate for our house space was quite reasonable. James came over at right time and date and again gave us good advise and from his vast experience of installations. He measured and gave us advise on what fireplace would give us the best heat coverage. We appreciated James as he gave us our best dates for installation and would also give us great pricing and qualify us for the Fortis rebates. His installer was Sylvi(hope spelled right). On time, with all our fireplaces. This man also very experienced in installations and custom made fittings work for fireplaces. Sylvi was noticed to be a very pleasant and exceptional hard working man. He put necessary protective floor coverings and he cleaned up and made sure we liked his display of our fireplaces. He worked steady, definitely is a very experience installer, highly recommended for his pleasant repour with us and the explaining of the remotes and operation of the fireplaces. We would recommend Home Energy Co. as we found James and Sylvi easy to work with and both did a very excellent job for us. Our house heat has definitely improved to the better and will save us money on the monthly heat bill. Fortis also has a rebate. Alpha staff (James) & Sylvi followed up with us and will answer further questions. They will strive to give us excellent service in cleaning, checking, these fireplaces once a year and Sylvi also did a inspection and servicing of another room fireplace. “It was a good experience.When I called to ask for a plumber to come out I was told a flat fee to come out and assess and that i would be provided clear price before any work was done. After the problem was assessed I was given price options for the work that needed to be done. And we agreed on a price before work was done.I was very happy with the 2 people who came to my house and with the person that I talked to on the phone.This company is professional and upfront with their pricing. And I would do buisness with them again.“

“They installed a Level 2 EV charger in our garage. Price was on par with other quotes. They were quick and professional. My only gripe is that they were quite late arriving at the job and did not give a heads up that they were running behind.“
