Liam and Spencer from Masduct cleaning arrived on time. Very respectful young men. I appreciated their honesty in telling us that the duct was too long to do a good job. They advised that we would have to cut the drywall to create an access point to get full suction. We did this while they were here. They took before and after photos and cleaned up all the mess and taped up the duct after cleaning it out. We could hear the debris in the duct moving. They also showed us how much they took out of our dryer vents. I’m a clean freak and they definitely met my standards. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone and will use them again!

Very refreshing to have such professional service. Techs were polite and very knowledgeable. They advised about the dryer fan which I have not been told from past services. Highly recommended

The team over at Masduct were professionals and genuinely kind/personable to deal with (not a normal thing these days). After the full cleaning and inspection they provided feedback on areas of improvement etc but not as a selling tactic. I do have a tip for home owners- be in attendance as they need permission to remove old vent covers etc that have been painted on for years. Appropriately they will not remove the vents/fresh air intakes if it looks to cause damage to the paint etc... I don't blame them; some customers would judge\blame them for damages.I would recommend Masduct, they are a large business but with the responsiveness of a small company.-Mark
