“In Dec 2025, I went to buy a laptop at the Uptown branch and I was helped by Antonio. He was 10/10! He was polite and respectful, kind and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He listened carefully to my needs, answered all of my questions without once making me feel dumb (can't say the same thing about the manager on duty though), and provided options that best suited my needs. I left the store with my new laptop in hand, fully confident that I had made the right decision. I've been happily using it for the past few months without a single regret or issue. My sister will need a new laptop soon and hopefully Antonio is still there to help us. Regardless of where he is now, I hope he's well appreciated and compensated by his employer.
