Bought my iPhone into Restart because of a screen issue - they were fabulous to work with! Dealt with everything (I had AppleCare, and they ordered a new screen from Apple) and fixed it quickly! And super friendly!

I had such a great experience at Restart! My dog chewed up my iPhone charger, and my phone was about to die while I was waiting for a very important call. I rushed to the store just before closing, only to realize I'd forgotten my wallet.
The employee there was incredibly kind. He told me to go home and get my wallet, and he actually kept the store open so I could come back and buy the charger. That small act of kindness meant so much to me.
It's people like him who make a real difference. Thank you for going above and beyond, I truly appreciate it!
