EB Computers helped me with a previous laptop so I took my 14 month old MacBook Pro to confirm that I needed a new LCD. First replacement was damaged out of the box so they returned it. Second replacement was installed but was also defective. No problem, the guys at EB went to bat for me and ordered a third one while allowing me to continue to use the defective one (can't run my business without my laptop) until it could be replaced. Third LCD was installed two weeks ago and it seems third time is the charm. The staff at EB Computers are really helpful, know their stuff and turnaround is pretty quick considering how busy they are. They also told me to contact them if I have any issues with this latest LCD. I highly recommend this business.
This place rules, its the only spot I'll go to for repairs. I have an Apple keyboard that I was told was effectively e-waste from 2 other stores, I took it to EB and they were able to fix it for a very reasonable price. Cant recommend them enough
Brad is a generous shop owner for sure. I am the grateful recipient of a pair of iMac's that were cleaned up and offered to me as part of a community give back that EB does. Brad is incredibly polite, and helpful - generous to boot. Many thanks to EB Computers for their community spirit!
