Came in a few months ago for what I thought was a battery issue, turns out it was more than that. Jay really took the time to explain everything and apologized for the delay. Couldn't have asked for better customer service, would recommend anyone who owns a mac, old or new to go and give these guys a visit. Thanks again!

I was thrilled with the service I received when I took my laotop in for repairs. They were very knowledgeable and very patient when explaining what repairs I needed and very fair pricing. I will definitely go back and most definitely recommend them. Thanks for a great experience.

Thanks Jay and Cindy for the help, even though you technically didn’t do anything. Could’ve been a bit faster with the troubleshooting, but I appreciate you’re not a high throughput store anymore. I would definitely come back again to have you scare my MBP into working again.
