I purchased a refurbished laptop about 5 years ago from Tesseract and it served me well but it was time for an upgrade. The owner (Gary) and his staff were REALLY knowledgeable about all their products and had a great selection. I purchased the prefect laptop for my needs and the cost was lower than I expected. Tesseract stands behind everything they sell and is better than your big box stores, They service everything right there and they sure know their stuff . I highly recommend Tesseract and the fact that they are locally owned gets my vote!! Check them out .
