However, memoryExpress demonstrated commendable customer service by acknowledging the oversight and offering a refund for the installation fee. This gesture significantly mitigated my concerns and showed their commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to resolve issues. I am glad to see such effort from memoryExpress to address and rectify the situation.

My 13-yr-old son went in today to buy the last pieces to build his first computer - something he'd been saving for years to buy. He and his friend spent the day building but got stuck trying to find where the SDD went, and after scouring YouTube, he called you to ask for help. The team member walked him through where to find it and was incredibly helpful and patient—thank you so much. Really great service and prices. Our go-to for sure.
