I came to Neil to fix a laptop that would not start up properly. After giving him a quick description he let me know it was likely a critical failure and that given the age of the laptop it would be more economical to replace it completely. All this info was super helpful and came free of charge even though I offered. Covid is hitting small businesses hard and Neil’s is no exception, so please send your business his way! 10/10 would recommend Neil’s friendly services!

Have been dealing with Neal for several years, always prompt service and good advice. Recently had a fatal crash and Neal recovered ALL of our data and set us up with a reconditioned tower in very short time and at a reasonable cost. We would recommend him highly.
