I first went to Priority1 when they were on Speed Street (a long time ago!), but not exclusively until 2017. That year my old PC was near death so I bought a new one at a local store on a Black Friday sale. Having no idea on how to transfer from old to new, I called Priority1. That was a good decision! It took a lot of patience and trial-and-error time (my old PC was barely functional) but they did it. They were super friendly and amazing, and I'm pleased to say they still are!
