We have had several experiences with Paul over the years, and all of them have turned out really well for us. Most recently he came to us on a Saturday at noon, fixed a Rogers problem and only charged us for half an hour. So lucky to have Paul as our go to helper.
Thank you for your kind attention and patience -- it has been visually challenging lately, and you are able to find tech / P.C / Tablets, etc to help me continue to function on line...I continue to be a contented customer. Many thanks for your on going help with device up grades. Awesome.
We have been using Paul as my 'go to' techie for the last 3 years. He is so very helpful and patient, especially with seniors. Thankfully nothing is ever a '***** question! He really does have "the patience of Job". Thanks Paul for all your help, especially with the new Windows 11.
